Calculation Methodology. Account Balances over time are calculated based on the following inputs from the user: initial investment, additional contributions (if any) and frequency, target rate of return (*compounded monthly), and time horizon in years.  Calculations assume no withdrawals from the account, and all dividends are reinvested.

If these investments were made in an asset management account with 2nd Market Capital Advisory Corporation (2MCAC), they would be charged an annual management fee.  The specific manner in which fees are charged by 2MCAC is established in a client’s written agreement with us.  If these investments were held in a taxable account, they would be taxed on the interest, dividends, and capital gains received, even if they are reinvested into the account.
